We transform your pet's image using three distinct styles to cater to a variety of aesthetic preferences. All illustrations are digitally hand drawn by our artists.
Cartoon Illustration: A detailed and lifelike rendition capturing the unique features of your pet. This style closely resembles the actual appearance and is rich in colors and depth.
Disney Animation (launching soon): A playful and captivating representation with a blend of realism and cartoonish charm. This style uses soft colors.
Line Drawing: A minimalist and elegant approach that outlines the essential contours and features of your pet. It's a simplistic representation that emphasizes form and structure.

Can I use my own design/picture?
Absolutely! We would love to see your own design on our products. You can easily upload your artwork and in the special notes mention you want no modifications. For the best outcome, we recommend a resolution of 300dpi or higher. Don't worry we can help you with that
What is 'Krafty Designs'?
Our Krafty Designz product line features pre-made designs curated specifically for pet lovers. You can choose designs, their placement and custom text (if applicable)
While we are always expanding our collection to include more adorable animals, we welcome new ideas and suggestions from our customers. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us.
Do you use AI art?
Definitely not! Our illustrations are exclusively digitally hand-drawn by skilled artists, offering a unique, personal touch. We also provide unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with every piece

What materials do you use?
Our products are crafted from a diverse range of materials, ensuring a broad selection for our customers.
Our classic and premium product lines are fashioned from a cotton and polyester blend, while our organic line is made entirely from 100% organic cotton.
Our Tote bags feature 100% cotton material, while our mugs are primarily composed of ceramic and are safe for use in most dishwashers and microwave

To help you make the best decision, we provide a size guide for each product on the product page along with a wide range of sizes to choose from

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary based on location and time of the year

Yes, once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to your registered email
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of the products, it is not possible to return or exchange. However we do provide refund in specific cases. Our refund policy can be found here
Can I cancel or change my order?
